I get this error message when trying to synchronize Outlook 2000 to my mobile device using PDAsync. I've rebooted but I still get this error. What can I do?

Outlook 2000 needs to have an updated CDO security file (which helps to protect against email virus attacks). This update requires that Office 2000 SR-1 be installed prior to adding this update. Click here to get this file from Microsoft's web site.
