I try to synchronize to my Pocket PC, or my older Windows CE handheld, and I get this error message. Nothing is synchronized. What can I do?

Solution

For mobile devices using Pocket PC:

1. From the Windows Start menu, point to Settings.
2. On the System tab, click Remove Programs.
3. Highlight PDAsync, and click Remove.
4. Click Yes to confirm the removal.
5. Note: It should appear only once, but remove any additional copies you see.
6. Do a soft reset of the mobile device.
7. Note: See your User's Guide for additional information if needed.
8. The software will be reinstalled automatically when you do the next synchronization.
