After installation of either PDASync or ShareDirect, Laplink Everywhere's Autostart functionality no longer works.
Cause
Solution
1. From the Window Start menu, click Run, type REGEDIT and click OK 2. Click on the plus (+) beside HKEY_Current_User. 3. Click on the plus (+) beside Software. 4. Click on the plus (+) beside Microsoft. 5. Click on the plus (+) beside Windows. 6. Click on the plus (+) beside CurrentVersion 7. Click on the plus (+) beside Run. 8. On the right side of the Registry Editor window, double-click on "Laplink Web Server". 9. Place quotation marks around the string that reads: C:\Program Files\LapLink Everywhere\LaplinkEverywhere.exe. 10. Close the Registry Editor. The next time you reboot Laplink Everywhere should automatically launch again. Note: If, after performing these steps, you turn off the Autostart and then turn it back on, then you will need to follow these instructions again.
