How do I invite multiple members to share a particular folder?
You can manage and invite multiple members using the “Group” function.
To create a group: right-click on the ShareDirect icon in the system tray and choose “My Contacts”. Now click on the Groups menu item and select "Add New". Give your group a name and then either drag-and-drop or right-click on individual ShareDirect members to add them to the group.
To share a folder with a group: Open the folder you want to share, click on the Members Tab and select “Invite”. You’ll see the group you have just created. Put a check mark next to this group and select “OK”. Each member of the group will receive an invitation to share that folder.
