How do I delete the “Individuals” group?
Answer
The “Individuals” group can’t be deleted. This is the default group created to hold each member listing as you add them to your member list. You can copy or move members of the “Individuals” group into other groups, and you can delete members from the “Individuals” group, but you can’t remove the “Individuals” group from the system. You can rename the “Individuals” group by opening the ShareDirect Contacts window in the Console, clicking on “Groups” in the toolbar, and selecting “ Rename Group” from the drop-down menu.
