How do I activate my PDASync 3.x product?
Answer
When you launch the software you will see a “Reminder” window pop up, which will show the option to Enter Key or Activate Now. Please take these steps:
- Select the Enter Key option.
- A new window entitled “Enter Key” will appear asking for your serial number and activation key. Both of these items can be located in the order confirmation email or by logging into your “My Support” account (http://www.laplink.com/mysupport/mysupport.asp) and clicking on the My Downloads link on the left side of the page.
- You should copy and paste the serial number and key into the appropriate fields in the “Enter Key” window. Note, the serial number and the activation key should not be changed. Once this information is entered into the appropriate fields, click on OK. Do not click on “Activate Now!” Your product should now be activated.
