Can I use Windows authentication in FileMover if my computers are attached to small office or home (SOHO) network which doesn�t have a domain controller?
Answer
No, you cannot use Windows Authentication, since this looks to the domain to confirm the username & password, which are supplied for FileMover connections. Instead, you must use ‘Single User Authentication’ to create your own username & password.
