Question

The Primary PC's mouse cursor is lost

Answer

In rare cases, the DoubleView driver may still be active even if you disabled the Secondary display and the mouse cursor is lost in the virtual desktop space. Solution: Shutdown the DoubleView Server program, right-click your Windows desktop, select Properties, click on the Settings tab, select the DoubleView Secondary Display icon, disable the option Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor, and click OK.
